I always feel completely at ease knowing she's in such loving and capable hands. The resort is clean, well-organized, and clearly designed with pets' happiness in mind. I can't say enough good things about Uppity Pet Salon & Resort! From the moment we walked in, I knew my dog was in great hands. Lu-Ann is incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what she does. My 3 dogs always come back looking and feeling great after grooming, clean, happy, and smelling amazing! We've also used their boarding services, and I was blown away by the level of care and attention they give to every dog. It gives me such peace of mind knowing that my dogs are not only safe but actually enjoying their time away from home. They treat every dog like family, and it really shows. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my 3 dogs. Highly, highly recommend! Show less

I took my dog Grizzly to Uppity pet resort a couple of years ago while I was on vacation and the owner handled him with grace! He was (and still is) a very anxious dog but the owner still took him in for boarding and he ended up having a blast and was well taken care of. The property is huge and full of beautiful trees with plenty of space for your pup to run around and sniff. I think they even offer shuttle services now. Overall I had a very pleasant experience and recommend Uppity to anyone seeking grooming and boarding services. Show less

Uppity Pet Resort is truly the best around! We have been bringing our three dogs here for years and will never go anywhere else. They get to sleep all together in their very own cabin and have plenty of space to be comfortable and happy! Even though they hate haircuts, they're always so excited and giddy the moment we arrive because they always have such a great time here. We've been bringing our dogs to Uppity Pet Resort for grooming and boarding, and I can't say enough good things about it. Lu is the best!!! her love for dogs is unmatched. From the moment you walk in, it's clear that she treats every pup as if they were her own. The facility itself is so welcoming, and thoughtfully designed with the dogs' comfort in mind (they even have TVs for them), and they have so much space for the dogs to run and play! I would like to share my experience with the owners of Uppity Pet Resort. A few days ago, my dog jumped out of the car window while I was driving down the highway. My dog was nowhere to be found. The area where he jumped was close to the Uppity Pet Resort. Chad, one of the owners of the facility came out and asked me what was wrong and I told him about my dog that I couldn't find him anywhere. My little dog is a Maltese breed and full of energy. I was frantic to say the least. Chad not only offered to take his tractor and look for my little dog in his area, but he also printed up flyers with my dogs name and photo on them! He passed them to all his friends and neighbors. I worried about my little dog all night long so by 11 o'clock the next morning I just had to call him. He said he hadn't had any luck, but just to hang in there, however, while I was on the phone speaking with him, a lady drove up and had one of the flyers and ask him was that the dog he was looking for, and I could hear the excitement in his voice when he said "Yes"! He went to the lady's house and picked up my dog and brought him to the pet resort and his sweet wife, Lou groomed him for me at no charge. I was so thankful for such kindness and love for my pet. If there was a 10 star rating, that's what they would get from me. You don't meet people like this every day. Show less

He gets his own cozy little cabin, which makes him feel right at home, and there's so much land for him to run, play, and just be a dog. It's like a vacation just for him! I actually feel like the staff has been trained very well by the owner of the business because they go beyond and above. The dog excitement to go to their property says it all! Amazing boarding and grooming services!! Our dogs LOVED staying overnight and always wagged their tails when we dropped them off for weekend stays! First class staff and facility!
