Where every dog is treated like family. Luxury boarding with private cabins, professional grooming, and loving daycare on 10 beautiful acres in Alvin, Texas. Family-owned and operated, we've built a pet resort that puts your dog's comfort, safety, and happiness first.
Uppity Pet Salon & Resort was founded by Lu-Ann, a lifelong animal lover who saw that traditional boarding facilities just weren't good enough. Cramped kennels, noisy rooms, stressed-out dogs. She knew pet parents deserved better, so she built something different.
What started small grew into a 10-acre resort with private cabins, Tempur-Pedic beds, and the kind of one-on-one care that keeps dogs coming back excited every time. Every room has cameras for real-time monitoring, and our team lives on-site so your dog is never alone.
Today, Uppity is the place pet parents trust when only the best will do. A true home away from home where your dog is safe, comfortable, and genuinely loved.
This is where your dog actually sleeps. Each 6ft × 8ft private room includes a Tempur-Pedic mattress, flat-screen TV, natural light through a glass door, and a doggy door to their own private fenced yard. Tile floors, climate control, and no shared spaces.
Every room has its own color theme and personality. Your dog can nap, watch TV, or step outside whenever they want. No cages, no kennels, just a comfortable, clean space that's all theirs.
Boarding, grooming, or both. Drop off a happy dog, pick up an even happier one.
No kennels, no crates, no stress. Your dog gets their own private cabin, four daily walks on scenic trails, and round-the-clock care from a team that lives on-site. They come home relaxed and happy. Starting at $45/day.
Boarding DetailsFull-service grooming that covers everything: bath, breed-specific haircut, nail trim, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, and a bandana to finish. We take our time with each dog (no assembly line grooming) and offer shuttle service so you don't even have to leave home. Starting at $60.
Grooming DetailsYou want to actually enjoy your trip, not spend it worrying about your dog. That's why we built a place where dogs are genuinely happy, not just housed.
Our team lives on the property, and it shows. Every dog gets personal attention, not just a spot in a facility. Read our 50+ five-star Google reviews and you'll see the same thing over and over: "my dog was excited to go back."
That's the real test. When your dog pulls toward the entrance instead of away from it, you know you picked the right place.
